Ramdev Hakka Noodles Chowmein Masala. Cooking Instructions (Serves 4): 1) Using instructions on the pack, boil 150g of Hakka Noodles and put aside. 2) Pour and heat 4 tablespoons (40g) of your preferred cooking oil in a pan. 3) Add and stir-fry 3 cupful (250g) of your favourite chopped vegetables (cabbage, capsicum, carrots, onions etc) for 2 to 3 minutes. 4) Add boiled Hakka noodles to the stir-fried vegetables in the pan. 5) Lightly sprinkle 1 to 2 tablespoons (10 to 15 ml) of water and add 2 tablespoons (20g) of Ramdev Hakka Noodles Chowmein Masala. Mix the contents of the pan thoroughly and stir fry for 3 to 4 minutes. 6) Garnish with your choice of chopped herbs or spring onions and serve whilst piping hot.
