Kashmiri Chilli is selectively cultivated for colour and flavour. It’s available in a wide range of colours but the brighter red variety is considered to be the best. Kashmiri Chilli gives a glowing red colour to dishes but doesn’t impart too much heat which makes it perfect for those who want to add spice to their food but not make things hot.
