Ching's Secret Veg Manchurian Masala. Cooking Instructions: 1) Heat 4 tbsp of oil in a pan & stir-fry 3 cups of chopped vegetables of your choice (cabbage, carrot, capsicum, onion...) for 2-3 minutes. 2) Add boiled Ching's Secret Hakka Noodles or Plain Noodles of your choice to the vegetables. Add 2 tsp of Ching's Secret Hakka Noodles Chowmein Masala, sprinkle 1-2 tsp of water, mix well & stir fry for 3-4 minutes. 3) Your Hakka Noodles Chowmein is ready. Garnish with chopped spring onion & serve hot!
